You can ship your bike to us and we'll either hold it or assemble it for you!
We offer two service levels to choose from. Choose what is best for your situation!
Services
Build My Bike
You can ship your new or used bike directly to The Spoke where we will assemble it and have it ready when you arrive at CSU. Bikes are built within two business days of receipt. The charge for this service is $40.00 and is due upon pickup of your bike at The Spoke.
Ship & Hold
You can ship your new or used bike directly to The Spoke where we will hold it securely at our facility until you arrive to pick it up. The charge for this service is $10.00 and is due upon pick up of your bike at The Spoke. You also have full access to The Spoke’s tool sets while on site to build your bike if needed.
The Process
If you would like to send us your bike for either service, please fill out the Interest Form to get started! After completing this form, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on where to ship your bike and the additional information we will need (number of bikes, serial numbers, make, model, etc.) We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and RamCash.
This is a two-part process, please expect to receive an e-mail and fill out a second online form with details about your bike (including shipping tracking number) to complete the process.

Yes! We will work with you to provide you the proper shipping information to have your bike drop-shipped directly to our location to avoid additional shipping charges.
Yes! That would be our Ship & Hold service. We’re able to receive your boxed bike and have the boxed bike ready for pickup at The Spoke on your scheduled pickup day.
